AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 (SAC CHARGES)
OF THE PRINCETON CODE OF ORDINANCES
Ordinance 591 amends Title 9 of the City Ordinance by adding a provision adopting the methodology outlined in the Twin City Area Metropolitan Council's "Service Availability Charge Procedure Manual" to determine WAC & SAC charge units within the city. A copy of the ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall.

ORDINANCE NO. 592
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 625.03 OF THE PRINCETON CODE OF ORDINANCES AFFECTING DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS
SECTION 1.
Section 625.03(C) of the Princeton Code of Ordinances shall be amended by adding the underlined material as follows:
(C) Firearms may be discharged on any approved firearms range or other location approved by the City Council for a special hunting program under a permit issued by the City Council or within any county or regional park while participating under a permit or license in a special hunting program established by the County Board.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption and publication in the City's official newspaper.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 14th day of September, 2006.
Published in the official newspaper on the 21st day of September, 2006.
