Thomas Skog
Thomas Allen Skog, 46, Zimmerman, died Oct. 10, 2005, at North Memorial Hospital, Robbinsdale.
He was born Nov. 27, 1958, to Chester and Joan (Johnson) Skog in Sandstone. He grew up in Sturgeon Lake and graduated from high school at Willow River.
He married Julie Ann Peterson in North Dakota in 1976. They lived in Sturgeon Lake, Moose Lake, Rice Lake, Wis., Elk River, and for the last two years in Zimmerman.
They operated the One-Hour Photo Service in Moose Lake, he attended Tech School for fiber optics in Rice Lake, he was a machinist in Elk River and in 1997 he was employed at Eastey's Enterprises in Rogers.
Survivors include his parents; sons Derrick, Zimmerman, and Matt, Becker; brothers Tim, Denham, Johnny and Jared both of Sturgeon Lake, and Bill, Moose Lake; sisters Kay Sutherland and Susan Trueblood both of Daytona, Fla., Becky Mach, Morris, Amy Berg, and Penny Youngberg, both of Sturgeon Lake; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brother Clinton.
The funeral service was Oct 13 at Williams-Hanson-Kaun Funeral Home, Princeton.
