Public Notice for the Heritage Village Development
Environmental Assessment Worksheet
The City of Princeton has prepared an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the Heritage Village residential development. This site is located on 200 acres in western Princeton. The land is currently agricultural land with wetlands and wooded areas. The purpose of this EAW is to identify potential environmental impacts and mitigating measures associated with the proposed development. The EAW is available for review at Princeton City Hall. All comments regarding this EAW should be received no later than July 6, 2005. Comments should be forwarded to:

The Supervisors of Greenbush Township will receive sealed bids at the office of the Engineer, John Oliver & Associates, Inc., 580 Dodge Avenue, Elk River, Minnesota 55330, until 10:00 A.M. on June 27, 2005 for:

Copies of the specifications will be furnished on request to any prospective bidder upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Copies of the plans and specifications may be seen at the office of the Township Clerk or can be obtained at John Oliver & Associates, Inc.
All bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the order of the Township of Greenbush for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
Bids shall be addressed to the Township Clerk, securely sealed, and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement or summary as to work, equipment, or materials for which the bid is made.
The Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject all bids or any alternatives or to hold bids for sixty (60) days; to accept any bid which, in the opinion of the Township Supervisors, serves the best interest of the Township; and to waive any minor irregularities.
The bids will be opened by the Engineer, John Oliver & Associates, Inc., 580 Dodge Avenue, Elk River, Minnesota 55330 at 10:00 A.M. on June 27, 2005.
The bids will be considered by the Township Supervisors at the Township Hall at 7:30 P.M. on June 27, 2005.

Notice of Public Hearing
The Princeton Planning Commission has scheduled public hearings on June 20, 2005, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider various applications, including the following:
1. Application for a Lot Split at 1105 North 9th Avenue, Princeton, MN 55371.
2. Application for a 68 acre Preliminary Plat for Green Meadows Addition consisting of 41 Lots for 19 Twin Homes, and one three unit townhouse. Five Lots for 4-24 unit condominiums, and a recreation center. Said property lies south of First Street and west of Highway #169.
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing or to submit their written comments to City Hall, 705 2nd Street North, Princeton, MN 55371, prior to the hearing.
