Rum River Health Services, Inc. and RS Eden invites you to submit a proposal of your qualifications to be considered as the negotiated general contractor for a new residential development in Princeton, MN which is slated to begin construction in Spring 2006.
This publicly funded development will consist of three buildings, two of which will be two-story townhomes (two- and three-bedroom units, 17 units total), and one will be a one-story commons building for support services and office space. All three buildings will be wood frame construction, slab on grade. Sitework will include off-street parking and a large, fenced green space with children's play area.
