Jennie Alida Bauman
Jennie Alida Bauman, 80, died Sept. 10, 2004 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
She was born Sept. 10, 1924, in Oak Park to Carl and Mildred (Lind) Neslund. She attended District 59 country school and graduated from Foley High School. She attended beauty college. She worked at the Oak Park and Foreston post offices.
She married Dale Bauman in 1946 and they lived in Murdock. Later they moved to a farm in Oak Park where they lived for 55 years. In 2003 they moved to Foley.
Survivors include her husband, Dale; daughter, Debbie Fischer, Oak Park; sister Ruby Shaw, Milaca; brother, Lloyd Neslund, Oak Park; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Yvonne Dodge and sister Lorraine Dupla.
The funeral was Sept. 15 at Milaca Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Wes Macy and Rev. Don Matheson officiating. Music was by the family.
Burial was at Estes Brook Cemetery.
